Collection comprised of manuscripts for volumes of poetry written or compiled by Ernest M. Robson and a small component of related correspondence and printed ephemera. The bulk of the collection is comprised of literary manuscripts including annotated typescripts of volumes of poetry written or compiled by Ernest M. Robson. Materials document Robson's collaborative work with others, including his wife Marion, who either designed or did the calligraphy for all the books issued by the press they founded, Primary Press. Correspondence and printed ephemera clippings, publisher's advertising, press releases, other publicity (mostly photocopies), and correspondence relating to phonetic music, mathematical poetry, and his publications: "Thomas Onetwo" (picaresque novel); "Transwhichics"; "I Only Work Here"; "The Orchestra of Language."
